The history of Tumminello biscuits began in 1977 in Castelbuono, a Sicilian town of medieval origin in the Madonie, where the first place for the production of biscuits and bread was opened by the sisters Arcangela and Rosa together with their husbands Lucio and Vincenzo and it comes to our days with so much simplicity and attention to detail. For more than 40 years, the activity has been carried out in a production laboratory of about 150 square meters with a shop owned by the company. To offer products that respect the authentic flavor of the tradition of the past Tumminello, today as 40 years ago, processes products with a careful and accurate manual skill.
