Britain Grey Coarse Salt

This high quality salt was already known in the ancient times and it is still picked up following the ancient celtic metod. The colour is due to a particular kind of clay that settling on the bottom of the salt mines gives to the salt its minerals and its particular grey colour. The Britain grey salt has a rich and not too salty taste, this feature makes it suitable both for everyday cooking and for the high gastronomy. The typical feature of this salt is the light taste of saltiness that is ideal for all the dishes of fish and white meat.

Smoked Coarse Salt

This is a pure salt of sea origin smoked following the ancient scandinavian metods. During the natural smoking made with beech wood the salt is enriched with the typical and intense taste ideal for rafined cooking. Recommended upon the eggs and on the omlettes and in general to give a typical smoked flavour to all dishes.

Portuguese Fleur de Sel Fine Salt

The Portoguese fleur de sel is a pure salt, naturally white, picked on the atlantic coast of Portugal since the ages of the roman empire. Its crystals are soft and delicates at the touch because still today the flakes are hand picked as soon as they form at the top of the salt mines immedietely before the phase of precipitation. The portuguese fleur de sel is very delicate, pure and rich of natural trace elements. Its taste is delicate and light, sweeter than the common kitchen salt. It is indicated for all kinds of dishes.
