Americo Quattrociocchi, nephew of the founder, promoted his olive oil on the best international markets, thus receiving prestigious awards.
Olives are collected by hand and pressed in the mill within 24 hours, in order not to compromise their flavour and fragrance. Collection by hand allows to select the best olives to obtain a high quality olive oil with long preservation.
Olive oil is extracted cold, at a temperature lower than 27°C in order to keep intact all the organoleptic characteristics typical of this unique product.
