Tartuflanghe and how it all began. In those years their restaurant "Da Beppe", located in the heart of the city of Alba, was reported by the Michelin guide as a reference point for lovers of mushrooms and truffles cuisine. Tartuflanghe was born to put to good use Beppe's genius and culinary experience, gained through a highly prestigious career: Chef Saucier on cruise ships, hotel school instructor, cook in the most famous restaurants of typical Piedmontese cuisine and then owner of his restaurant. The first Tartuflanghe truffle specialties were created to give lovers of good food the opportunity to taste truffles even out of season.
