Acetomodena was strongly desired by the family Vecchi, owner of the society, it is the result of a desire projected into the future, thanks to the use of renewable energy, but with firmly roots in the tradition of Modena. Next to the rooms where the vinegar mature, wide spaces are destinated for the reception. Featuring large windows, designed to offer to the looks plays of light through the ancient set of barrels, they enhance the quality and refinement of a unique product: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
