As in the most ancient tradition of good Neapolitan coffee, even for Kimbo roasting is a real art and knowing how to find the perfect one to enhance each blend to the maximum is the mission of Kimbo master roasters. But what are the different degrees of coffee roasting? We can distinguish between light, medium and dark roasts. This not only changes the appearance of the coffee beans which will be blacker in the dark roast, but also the aroma. In fact, with lighter roasts, the coffee is fruitier and lighter, while it becomes more dense, intense and bitter as the roast gets darker.
