Pistachio Oil is very rich in Omega-6 and Omega-9. It is wonderful with meat or raw fish or for the preparation of sauces. The high content of oleic acid, makes it suitable for cooking also.

Azienda Agricola Tenuta del Roero

Agrarisch Bedrijf 'Tenuta del Roero' van de gebroeders Ruata werkt al meer dan drie generaties in het veld en produceert een breed assortiment plantaardige oliën. De productiesystemen zijn zeer geavanceerd en er is een controleborgingssysteem ingevoerd op basis van de HACCP-methode, om veiligheid en hygiëne in het hele proces te waarborgen.

Het vlaggenschip van het bedrijf is de kwaliteitscontrole in alle productiestadia. In feite, naast het uitvoeren van de organoleptische analyse van alle producten van de input tot de output, beschikt het bedrijf over een modern analyselaboratorium, uitgerust met drie HRGC-chromatografen, een HPLC-chromatograaf, een spectrofotometer UV-VIS, van machines voor de Rancimat-test.
Het laboratorium voor kwaliteitscontrole wordt gegeven aan afgestudeerd personeel, dat alle chemische en organoleptische parameters voor batchproductie controleert om ervoor te zorgen dat het overeenkomt met de Italiaanse en internationale wetten. Al onze producten voldoen aan de nieuwe regelgeving EEG.

De betrouwbaarheid van het product en een snelle en effectieve service zijn de essentiële vereisten van het bedrijf om te voldoen aan de huidige markteisen en de behoeften van klanten die kwaliteitsborging nodig hebben.

Il tris di questi oli, è stato un vero affare. Alcuni oli non darei un punteggio di oltre 4,5 stelle, semplicemente perché è la prima volta che li provo. Però devo dire che ogni prodotto è di buonissima qualità e forse, non hanno un forte aroma, ma comunque sono davvero delicati, nel sapore è nel gusto ...equilibrati direi. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Soddisfatto e vorrei tanto provarne di altri. Grazie a questa azienda, seria e professionale.

olio di nocciola come gusto credo sia il miglior olio in assoluto, lo ricomprerò senza dubbio

Buongiorno, non ho ancora provato tutte le bottiglie ordinate ma di sicuro il pinolo, il pistacchio e la nocciola non sono buoni. Non so se sia questione di conservazione, di luce o altro, ma sono completamente rancidi...
