Amaranth

Amaranth is a plant belonging to the Amaranthaceous family, a pseudo-cereal. Naturally gluten free, it is quite rich in fibres and therefore highly digestible. It contains a lot of noble proteins, lysine, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron. Amaranth helps to increase the natural defences of our body and it is recommended for intestine and colon diseases.

Teff

Teff is the smallest cereal in the world, yet it has got remarkable nutritional properties because it is rich in fibres, calcium, potassium and iron. It provides the body with complex carbohydrates, it is easily digestible and naturally Gluten Free, and it is perfect for those who suffer from coeliac disease.

Quinoa

Quinoa is an herbaceous plant that is very rich in amino acids: that is why it can’t be referred to as a cereal. Quinoa is gluten free and full of protein and essential amino acids that our body needs to function properly; it is also rich in carbohydrates like starch and vegetable fibres.


Instructions for a perfect cooking:

Pour water in a big pot (1lt of water each 100gr of Pasta) and add a spoon of olive oil.
Bring to boil and add salt.
Add pasta and let it cook checking the cooking time written in the back of the package. We recommend to taste it several times, especially at the end of cooking, to check that the degree of cooking is the desired one.

Het bedrijf bevindt zich op enkele kilometers van Cuneo, een van de belangrijkste steden in Piemonte, waar enkele tonnen meel worden opgeslagen om vervolgens te worden gebruikt voor de productie van vele soorten glutenvrije pasta.

De zaden die worden gebruikt om de verschillende meelsoorten te verkrijgen, zijn van Piemontese oorsprong en worden allen in de directe omgeving van de fabriek geoogst. Dankzij de korte afstand die het veld van het bedrijf scheidt, worden onze zaden direct verwerkt en behouden ze hun natuurlijke voedingswaarden.

Sta versteld van deze verrassende en gearomatiseerde pasta. Langzaam en op lage temperatuur gedroogd. Zonder emulgatoren, zonder toegevoegd zetmeel, glutenvrij. Rijk aan eiwitten, rijk aan vezels en een bron van kostbare mineralen.
