Na jaren van gedreven en gepassioneerd werk, is Carlo Amadeo in samenwerking met de Siciliaanse bijenbescherming erin geslaagd om de drie overgebleven Siciliaanse zwarte bijensoorten te redden en te behouden en wordt hij met recht de beschermheer van de Siciliaanse bij genoemd. Bovendien maakt hij een uniek en verfijnd assortiment van exclusieve honingen!
