Rice - Malt
The Organic Rice Vinegar is obtained through the alcoholic fermentation of selected organic rice's flours (as for the sake), followed by an acetic fermentation and its ripening. The result is a soft, delicate and a moderate acid vinegar, it is superb for the preparation of typical oriental dishes, especially on white rice for sushi.

Malt vinegar is obtained through the alcoholic fermentation of barley malt (like beer). The result is a full-bodied vinegar, delicate and very aromatic. It can be used on salads, to cook meat and fish, or, as in English tradition, it can be sprayed on fish & chips. Mexicans use it on Tacos.
