Mieli Thun is the story of a farm whose owner family has been practicing the noble art of beekeeping for three generations. The farm, which today stands out among the companies on the Italian scene for the production of fine monofloral honeys, was born in the 90s in the heart of the Dolomites, in Trentino thanks to Andrea Paternoster who inherited the passion and love for beekeeping from his grandfather. In Mieli Thun the art of beekeeping is seen as the maximum expression of the union between man and nature. Today Mieli Thun has about a thousand beehives located in 60 sites throughout the Italian territory in the continuous search for the best floral and territorial expression of honey.
