The tomato Così Com’è (meaning “as it is”), produced by Finagricola, is checked in all its phases, from growth, to harvesting to packaging, in order to guarantee the highest quality. The processing takes place within a few hours from harvesting, according to a delicate method, which does not require long cooking, given the superior quality of the raw material.
