Pasta

Pasta is the symbol of italian kitchen. For our assortment Olico choose the best one, produced by Pasta Factory of Gragnano.
They use only the best quality of semolina, mixed with the pure water coming from the source of Gragnano. Then Pasta is exclusively bronze drawn. This extraordinary production process ends up with a long and delicate drying at low temperature, which contributes to keep the typical flavour, colour and roughness of drawn Pasta. All these characteristics, allowed Fabbrica della Pasta to become in 2012 the 1st Pasta Factory to obtain the “Pasta di Gragnano IGP” title.
