Fruit in syrup

The fruit used for these preparations comes from the prosperous and sunny hills of Roero (except the little fruits, that come from the foothills areas nearby Cuneo, and the oranges that come from Sicily). The fruit is carefully chosen and worked by hand, following ancient local traditions.
