In fact, in addition to perform the organoleptic analysis of all the products from the input to the output, the company disposes of a modern analysis laboratory, equipped with three HRGC chromatographes, a HPLC chromatograph, a spectrophotometer UV-VIS , of machinery for the Rancimat test. The quality control laboratory is given to graduate staff, which checks all the chemical and organoleptic parameters for batch production in order to ensure its correspondence with the Italian and international laws.
